Reset Day 6

I took a break from Reset yesterday and what a break it was. I miss food. So, just another 4 days to go! The final weigh-in is on April.1st, so I’m going to continue to replace at least one of my meals with Nutrimeal, instead of all of them. I will also continue to exercise daily!

Spent the day with YC and took a drive into Waterloo! Then spent some time in a mall. Didn’t have much time to go to the gym, but we did a bit of walking around the mall. I try not to browse too much when I’m with him, so it was more of a brisk walk to get to certain select stores. With purpose!

Extra foods
I must confess….because I feel oddly obligated to. I had some spicy pig ears. I bought them two days ago and I didn’t want them to go bad. So…I HAD to eat it. Of course….I should’ve finished them last night…but I just didn’t. I plan to spend a little more time in the gym tomorrow.

I feel great! I used to have fat around my shoulder blades that made me very uncomfortable in certain positions but this morning while stretching, it didn’t hurt!!!! ZOMG. I don’t feel the fat crushing itself and causing me discomfort! It’s amazing that I’m feeling these differences in my body. I didn’t know what to expect. I’m looking forward to more of a difference!

I miss food….I really do. It’s all around me. I generally try to make healthier choices when I eat (I like to think), so it’s killing me to not be able to eat other foods! I thought I wouldn’t miss meat that much, but I really do. I’m sure these 5 days will fly by like the last ones. I’m going to feast when this challenge is over! I’m thinking that I’ll continue with this regime of replacing one of my meals with Nutrimeal every day, to keep up my fat-loss and get even more fit. I call it fat-loss because I’m actually gaining weight as I work on gaining muscle. I know the competition is about losing weight, but I can compete with losing inches so that’s what I’m going for.
