Disney meme Day 23-24

Day #23: A movie that makes you laugh
Day #24: A movie that makes you cry

HAPPY THANKSGIVING and BLACK FRIDAY (not a holiday) to all my American readers!!! It’s ok, you don’t have to come out of your lurkdom just because I confronted you. I hope you all remain safe in all your Black Friday endeavors. That goes out to the Canadians participating too. Gods speed.

23. Tangled. It makes me LOL real hard. Ok, I know a certain someone that would wince at that, so I’ll reiterate. That movie made me laugh out loud very very hard. Yes, somehow that makes it better. It’s full of really funny moments and all the new animation technology that allows them to show the subtlety of the human facial expressions makes it even better! I mean, Flynn’s reactions to the little things that happened with Rapunzel are priceless. That movie was jam packed with funny moments, but it was still heartbreaking.

24. Ok….I suppose I can’t say Tangled again. Well, the other obvious answer is UP. I mean, that movie gets you crying from the beginning! I don’t know a single person that didn’t cry at that beginning montage of Carl and Ellie. There wasn’t a dry eye in the theatre the 2 times I went to watch it. It was just so beautiful yet so sad. Ok, I should stop before I start to cry at the thought of it.

I haven’t been able to see Tangled yet, so I’m guessing that I should order it. :) UP is such a cute yet sad movie. :(

You know, I’m surprised by the sheer number of people that still haven’t seen Tangled!

I hope it’s not because people are expecting a typical princess movie. It’s actually very modern and VERY funny. Definitely worth watching!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
